Manager of Program Compliance and Quality Job Summary: Provide leadership, oversight and management for the Quality Assurance & Administrative team.   Responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of performance metrics to our customer.  Ensure compliance with contract requirements, and work collaboratively with fellow managers to ensure goals and quality levels are met.
  • Manage with the intent to motivate, train and develop.  Manage administrative responsibilities (scheduling, timekeeping , budgeting).  Provide timely, constructive feedback regarding work and performance.  Manage non-performing employees in accordance with company policy.  Manage high potential employees to career succession and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the Quality Control guidelines and requirements provided by our customer.  Provide technical guidance and oversight to the team. Establish regular internal review of team’s work and process.  Interface with customer and other contractors regarding quality issues and test scheduling.  
  • Create, implement and maintain professional, data-driven, customer reporting tools that highlight the orgainzation’s accomplishments in relation to contractual requirements and value-added contributions.  Work with customer to ensure applications will provide adequate metrics to account for and measure contractual obligations.
  • Work with Program Manager, Case Review Manager and Regional Managers to create, implement, and maintain an interactive quality review tool and process to assign and track tier 2 and peer reviews.  Provide reporting capabilities to ensure the team is fully completing the process and meeting deadlines. 
  • Create, implement, and maintain an interactive case review tool for CDRC staff to track patterns of errors and identify areas for improvement.  Ensure comments and notes sections are easily accessible to provide prompt and accurate feedback/coaching.  Use data gathered to identify trends and recommend year-end training and/or manual changes to customer. 
Preferred Education / Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or similar discipline
  • 5+ years in related discipline,
  • Previous experience in management position or;
  • A combination of education and experience equivalent to the above
Preferred Knowledge / Ability: 
  • Ability to identify problems, collect supporting data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while producing accurate detailed work in a deadline driven environment
  • Strong knowledge of analytics and database design
  • Demonstrated planning, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to apply logical thinking and to exercise sound judgment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Able to obtain government security clearance
